Book Sales

The Friends host at least two major book sales per year.    Revenue from our sales helps to support the Library and our mission.   Our library system is tax supported, but many items cannot be included in the annual budget. The Friends of the Ocean Township Library  is one of hundreds of similar groups throughout the United States that work to support their public libraries.​

Book Donation Days

From time to time the Friends accept gently used adult and children's books in good condition.

Because our storage space is so limited we can only accept items when our inventory for book sales is very low.

We also ask that donations be clean, free of dirt and mildew, and in good condition.   We don't accept textbooks, dated materials, encyclopedias, or cassette tapes.
